Polaroid Tablet stuck at bootscreen (Closed/Unsuiported)
« on: February 04, 2014, 03:59:37 PM »
Model: MIDCF07PR001.133

i've tried holding power button + volume and saw the android with a ! sign. (recovery mode). didnt work. after a while, the screen turns black again and is still stuck when turning it on.

So do i need to reflash this? i cant find it's stock rom and it seems like my laptop can't detect the tablet when it's connected.

any suggestion?  :con1:

You have 1 tablet STOP making topics about your tablet .. one is enough !
Long Power off   hold power off 10 seconds
some tablets do not have a proper recovery .. nor will they go into recovery with the keys
just depends on your tblet ..some tablets require an app to get into recovery....  novotools

I'm sorry sir. I didn't know that it was against the rules or something.

But this is not my tablet, this is different to the other one I posted. this one is from my friend and he wants to see if i can fix it

Should I just bump my other thread?

No  if i would have known it was different without having to read everything then it is not an issue ..

This one's from Polaroid and the model is posted at the back:

MIDCF07PR001.133

should I check inside for it's chipsets? i do think it's the same as this one: http://www.freaktab.com/showthread.php?7582-HELP-Polaroid-MIDCF07PR001-112-Firmware-problem-stock-on-logo!

but it's 112. although they seem to be different, we got the same problem  :con1:

If i read the specs corrctly this is a ROCKCHIP 2926 CPU .. and sorry. .. but we do not support that processor .. nor do any of us have one to look at ..

Can you double shcek what cpu it has ?  So far searches are that the  .112  and .133 are RockChips !

hey I managed to fix it  :android-lol:

firmware img i used was 720updateIMP4063 and I used rockchip batch tool to restore it.

Dunno if this is the original firmware though. But it seems everything is working properly!

and oops i thought that this was also an Allwinner. I forgot that the allwinner tablet was the first thread I posted.

this was a rockchip based
